🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Closing Deals):

• Call, text, and follow up with warm leads only — homeowners who already had quotes for new systems, repairs, or upgrades

• Turn hesitation into conversion — answer questions, present value, and ask for the sale

• Hit the phones with urgency, confidence, and clarity — every day

• Work side-by-side with top techs, managers, and comfort advisors to move deals across the finish line

• Smash daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets — and get paid big for doing it
