What You’ll Do

Meet with qualified homeowners from company-provided leads
Build trust by walking customers through their HVAC/plumbing needs
Present good/better/best solutions with financing options
Close deals confidently and hit/exceed sales targets
Work with install coordinators to ensure smooth job handoff

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales experience (HVAC, plumbing, solar, or home services a plus)
Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly
Competitive, motivated, and hungry to close
Organized and reliable with follow-up
Team player who thrives in a high-lead, high-energy environment
