Position Summary:

The Install Manager will oversee all aspects of our installation operations across plumbing and HVAC. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with plumbing or HVAC systems and a proven track record in leadership, operations management, and performance optimization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a skilled installation team to ensure top performance and accountability.

  • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day installation operations, ensuring all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company and industry standards.

  • Job Costing: Monitor job costs, including labor, materials, and time, with the goal of improving efficiency and ensuring profitability.

  • Cost Reduction: Analyze workflows and implement strategies to reduce job costs while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Reduce Callbacks: Implement and enforce quality assurance procedures to minimize rework and reduce customer callbacks.

  • Scheduling & Coordination: Oversee scheduling and resource management to ensure timely project completion with minimal delays.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all installations meet or exceed Trust 1’s standards for craftsmanship and compliance.

  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance team skills, safety, and professionalism.

  • Problem-Solving: Respond quickly to on-site issues, provide technical guidance, and resolve challenges with effective solutions.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, including completion times, job costs, and callback rates; implement improvements where necessary.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within plumbing or HVAC installation.

  • Strong knowledge of job costing and experience in implementing cost control measures.

  • Proven ability to reduce operational inefficiencies and callback rates.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Technical knowledge of plumbing or HVAC systems preferred (training available for the right candidate).

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
